“After surgery” is not one rehabilitation category. The procedure, tissue healing, complications and the treating team’s instructions determine when impact can be introduced. An online coach cannot replace those specific post-operative directions.
Once clearance is established, a return plan can connect walking, strength, impact tolerance and gradual running exposure. It also needs a clear way to monitor swelling, pain and function as the workload changes. Bring your operation details and current advice to the first conversation.
WHEN TO GET HELP
New significant swelling, fever, wound concerns or sudden worsening should be raised with the treating team promptly.
