Clinical experience.
A runner’s perspective.

Over 12 years of clinical experience, including extensive work with runners and endurance athletes. Rehabilitation built around the running that matters to you.

EXPERIENCE.
UNDERSTANDING.
A WAY
FORWARD.

FROM THE CLINIC TO YOUR TRAINING

Understanding the injury.
Understanding the runner.

I’m Ollie, a Sport Rehabilitator and a runner. Over more than 12 years, I’ve worked across a range of clinical settings, helping people make sense of injury and work towards the activities they want to return to.

As a former director of A&C Rehabilitation and M20 Health, I worked extensively with runners and other endurance athletes. That experience has shaped how I approach rehabilitation: your symptoms matter, but so do your training, your goals and the practicalities of getting back out there.

Whether you’re missing your weekly parkrun or trying to rebuild towards a race, the plan needs to connect your rehabilitation with the demands of your running.

EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES YOUR CARE

Clinical experience with runners.

Working with runners and endurance athletes in private practice has given me a detailed understanding of the questions that come with injury: what to change, how to manage training and how to progress.

Experienced in working online.

I’ve delivered online support through previous ventures, alongside my work in clinical settings. Clear communication, practical guidance and regular review are central to making rehabilitation work at a distance.

Teaching the next generation.

At the University of Salford, I’ve worked as a clinical supervisor and as a part-time lecturer on the Sport Rehabilitation degree. Explaining clinical reasoning clearly is just as important when we’re working together on your plan.

A STRONG PROFESSIONAL FOUNDATION

Clinical practice.
Education.
Professional standards.

My career has brought together hands-on rehabilitation, clinical education and work at professional-body and regulatory level. I remain involved in the profession and hold an Honorary Assistant Professor role at the University of Nottingham.

For you, that means an approach that values clear reasoning, professional responsibility and an honest conversation about what rehabilitation can offer.

AND I’M A RUNNER, TOO

I understand why
getting back matters.

Running is more than a training plan. It’s your routine, time outside, people you run with and the goals you’ve set yourself. I understand the frustration when an injury interrupts that.

My role is to bring clinical experience and that understanding together: a plan you can make sense of, guidance on the next step, and room to adapt as we learn how you respond.
